16 lamb rack chops
1⁄2 cup chicken stock
1⁄2 cup dry white wine
1⁄3 cup butter
1⁄3 cup olive oil
2 onions, peeled and finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1⁄4 cup chopped spring onions
4 Tbsp roughly chopped fresh rosemary
1 cup crumbled feta with black pepper
6 anchovies
1⁄2 cup chopped pecan nuts
2 Tbsp prepared Dijon mustard
1 cup sourdough breadcrumbs
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
juice and finely grated zest of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp dried mixed herbs
1 tsp cayenne pepper
10 fresh basil leaves
